FAQs.
What's your deposit and cancellation policy?
Should you need to cancel your booking, your deposit is non-refundable. However, you can transfer your deposit to another available date at the discretion of the outfitter. We'll make reasonable efforts to find a suitable alternative date, but rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends on availability.
Do I need a Texas hunting license?
Yes — a valid Texas hunting license is required. Note that exotics can be hunted year-round in Texas with no closed season. We'll walk you through exactly what you need before you arrive.
What species can I hunt?
We offer Texas exotic big game (axis, fallow, aoudad, gemsbok, oryx, blackbuck, red stag, buffalo, rams, Catalina goats and more), trophy whitetail, wild hog, and Rio Grande turkey across multiple prime-time ranches.
How does exotic pricing work?
Exotic hunts are a daily rate of $225 per hunter per day, plus a trophy fee for the animal you harvest based on horn or antler size. See the trophy-fee schedule on each species page or the Exotics page.
Can I keep the meat?
Absolutely. Keeping the meat is included — we handle field care so you can take home the harvest from your hunt.
Are kids and non-hunters welcome?
Yes. Our hunts are kid-friendly and we welcome corporate and family groups. Reach out and we'll help plan for non-hunting guests.
How far in advance should I book?
Peak-season dates fill up quickly, especially for whitetail and spring turkey. Exotics and hogs hunt year-round, but the sooner you reach out, the better we can match your preferred dates.
